People who run a regulated workflow as their actual job — mortgage processors, training coordinators, compliance officers, operations leads in financial services or government-linked corporates. Years inside the work, with a real view of where it bends, breaks, and accumulates exceptions.
Specifically: not consultants who have seen workflows. Not academics who have studied them. Operators who have lived inside them. The difference matters because the friction we want to solve only shows up to people who have hit it themselves, often enough to recognise the pattern.
What a partnership looks like.
A joint venture, structurally. Operator brings the domain expertise — the workflow knowledge, the regulatory understanding, the relationship trust. SME Cloud brings the systems backbone — AI-augmented infrastructure, claim verification, audit-traceable workflow, the bench to ship and operate. Both sides have skin in the product.
The current live track is mortgage workflow via Snang.my. Rooftop solar via Powerroof.my is in build. Open tracks: logistics, palm oil, regulated training operations, government-adjacent corporate processes. The channel is sector-narrow, not opportunistic.
How to get in touch.
The intake form is being set up. While it is being built, the path is the same one a partnership conversation would take anyway — an email with two things in it:
- The workflow you operate inside. The shape of it. The volume. Where the regulatory weight sits. What "a normal week" actually looks like, not the org-chart version.
- The friction you see. The specific bottleneck or failure mode that makes you think a system could be built that the current options do not build. Concrete is better than abstract.
