By engaging with our tools, submitting a form, or clicking a WhatsApp link on this website, you agree to:

  • Receive demo-related and customer service messages via WhatsApp.
  • Allow SME Cloud’s AI or human agents to follow up via WhatsApp for support or inquiry resolution.
  • Opt out anytime by replying "STOP".

3. Data Privacy

All data collected (including phone numbers) is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell your information without consent.

4. User Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your data associated with the Izara by SME Cloud WhatsApp integration, please email us at hello@smecloud.my with your phone number and request. We will process your deletion within 3–5 business days.

No unsolicited messaging is conducted. All engagements are initiated by user consent through our website, demo requests, or sales consultations.
